As adults, we’re often expected to be everything for everyone-

without ever being shown how.  Life can quickly become a whirlwind of appointments, responsibilities, bills, and endless to-do lists, leaving you feeling stretched thin and disconnected from the moments that matter most.  Sometimes even the smallest acts of self-care (like a shower that isn't rushed?!) feels like a win- and that says a lot about how much you’re carrying.

 

Let’s slow things down together. 

In our time, we’ll create space to breathe, find your footing, and reconnect with what truly matters to you.  From there, we can gently map out priorities that support your well-being, strengthen your relationships, and bring more ease, balance, and moments of joy back into your everyday life.

I understand how complex and meaningful these roles can be- especially within neurodiverse systems.  I work alongside you to strengthen communication, reduce overwhelm, and build practical strategies that support connection and daily functioning.
